In the first insert of photographs following page 270, the eleventh page at the bottom contains a picture of the leaders at a NATO summit. It fails to identify the Prime Minister of Canada, directly to Mr. Blair's left, Jean Chretien, a wise man who did NOT follow Bush to Iraq. He should not be ignored.
